I believe that for a majority of the naysayers, accepting that AI has therapeutic use (used correctly -- of course there can be extremes) means also accepting that they don't have an excuse for not doing their own inner work. A lot of people are scared to do that. It's easy to be too busy, too poor, etc. for actual therapy. People who have actually worked on themselves tend to be much less judgemental in life 🤷♀️
