The same was said of Reddit but here we are. Not every usage of it is unhealthy. I've learned a lot about myself by using ChatGPT to self analyze. People solely rely on it to be their friends may suffer but are you going to go to their house to teach them to be socialable? Are you going to give them money to find a therapist and help them determine which therapist are worth keeping? Its complex.
