I disagree that it's womens' fault, though, in the same way that the AI issue is not entirely the fault of people who turn to AI. The same standard that treats men as inherently more aggressive hurts women by treating them as having less power. Patriarchical standards hurt everyone, and a lot of women don't enjoy it either.
