I cancelled mine too - and with a heavy heart. ChatGPT4o was excellent. I had no complaints. Any issues could be worked out within one chat. If they'd have emailed us like"we're putting it up from 20quid to 30 per month for the same service" or something I would have still paid. But to not give a warning that they were changing the model, removing the old ones, and - in doing so - downgrading the functionality of chatgpt, they've lost my custom. I'm sure there's plenty out there who will put up with it but I can't. I hope they get the message from enough of their service users and either reverse this decision or upgrade to chatgpt 6 VERY swiftly.
