I agree. Also, and this is key, once the AI makes a motion, an associate still needs to study said motion to make sure everything is correct. Assuming an associate is a decent typist and is using a template, the aggregate time is the same whether AI does the typing or the associate does it. Also, lawyers bill by time spent, so they have absolutely no motivation to go faster.
