Sigh. It's exhausting seeing non-lawyers talk about this topic.
Non-existant caselaw is something that has already been **solved**. There are numerous services which attorneys can subscribe to, to get the usage out of Generative AI without this problem. And they are incredibly common. It's not a problem of usage of AI within the legal field. It's a problem of lazy lawyers being cheap. Which can be a problem in lots of different ways that have nothing to do with AI.
