As others have mentioned - domain expertise is gained by training inexperienced humans - via education, apprenticeships, internships, graduate level work, etc. We've already pushed the age of useful domain expertise up into the upper 20s and even 30s in many fields. Inexperienced humans provide briefs/motions that are checked by experienced humans. That is part of the training process. Training using AI will not accelerate humans becoming domain experts able to validate AI outputs. And AI outputs are confidently unreliable in ways that human outputs - are not.
