This is such a wrong take. Citing non-existent caselaw isn't a problem with using ***AI***. Citing non-existent caselaw is a problem with using ***Chat GPT***. There are plenty of implementations of Generative AI within the legal profession that will only cite to actual caselaw / statutes / etc. (Source: Being an attorney who has sat through probably 30 pitches and presentations on different implementations of Generative AI for use within the legal field, and have been using one use case for it for over a year).
