Meanwhile I saw an AI get stuck in a loop trying to remove a column from an sql query that was about 10 lines long. Just kept trying to remove it, spat out the original, realized it still had the original, tried again etc. Kind of amusing to watch it go between gas lighting itself about its hallucinations and getting increasingly frustrated by being gas lit. I'm scared that in some corner of the world an AI agent is stuck in some stupid loop burning electricity and it won't be discovered for months or years because the company laid off everyone that could have checked on it.
