This is why juniors are screwed.
Seniors will be fine. But the market for apprentice-style/level roles will be significantly smaller, because tasks you might give to baby engineers will just be super-handleable by AI instead. We must evolve our hiring and team-cultivation practices to adjust and adapt, and not just leave the next generation high and dry.
