Whenever I run into an ai bot in online stores or whatever, I always skip "formalities" like full sentences, lol.
I almost always type single words to trigger the next line in the menu til I get the info or service I need. I don't think I've ever struggled that way.
I still can't avoid saying thank you at the end though hahaha
