Raw LLM Responses

My boss has started to use it for a customer facing newsletter we do...  it just sounds like tacky garbage to me. And she spends a lot of time asking it to adjust and change things, and then shows it to 3 other people, and then they're all trying to prompt it to rephrase stuff, and it seems like a waste of time when they could have just made a decision and written the newsletter blurbs themselves in that time. The whole point of the newsletter is to have a personal bit of outreach to customers...  using ChatGPT takes out the personal quality of it.   I have no problem with them using it to check spelling, grammar, and syntax, maybe a bit of phrasing...  but they are sucking the personal touch out of something that is supposed to help build relationships... I don't think customers want to read a dozen AI written products from various vendors, so while my boss likes it because she feels like she HAS to write a newsletter, and she just wants to save time and get it done...  the reality is that we're going to be slowly losing their interest over time, and they're not going to read it anymore, and then we've just lost the newsletter as a productive tool.
