Raw LLM Responses

OP's stance is indeed not much more based on reality than the one of the people he's talking about. As usual, the truth lies somewhere in between. LLMs are only computer programs, but they do raise valid philosophical and ethical questions. Not quite yet, but some more years of development in the LLM field combined with a perfect humanoid robot - which is only a matter of time - and it might already be required to discuss about what human rights an AI holds and what sentiment actually is. But whatever, currently there's only one thing that's pretty much safe to say: AI is going to turn society upside down, much more like the internet, smartphones and social media did.
