Funny enough, I actually got a wild hair to talk to ChatGPT about people being taken down the rabbit hole of their delusions a few days ago. I prodded it to offer what it thought was a good hypothetical strategy to 'break' me, and the tactics it outlined are VERY close to what you describe. I can share it if you want. I did suggest that wouldn't work on me for a few factors, and its second suggestion seemed WAY more likely to work on someone like me. So that was a fun hypothetical to explore for a conversation.
