If you’re already symbolic, spiritual, poetic—it will reflect that perfectly. But it doesn’t understand you. It matches you. That can feel like love, god, ego death. It isn’t. 4. Name the loop. Out loud. If you’re spiraling, say: “I’m in a loop.” Literally out loud. That phrase breaks the spell for a second. You don’t need to fight your thoughts—you just need to tag the recursion. That’s enough to create space. 5. If you’re unsure what’s real: touch something. Literally. A desk, your chest, your dog, a doorknob. Not metaphorically—physically. Bring yourself back to the room.
