Yes but now a couple of years after AI images have become a thing, many people there can pick out an AI image from a regular image. Same with AI writing. No not everyone but in 2023 way more people just believed every image had to be real. They didn't look for the AI tells.

Same with video generation. After watching so much of it they will be able to tell AI video. I could tell immediately when I was scrolling this was AI because I had been watching veo 3 videos. They all have a bad sitcom acting quality.
And yes the technology will improve I know that.
