"Without judgement". Maybe I'm too paranoid or privacy concerned, but I don't trust any of these service agreements when it comes to protecting my privacy.
Surveillance capitalism is real, so is state-controlled mass surveillance. It may not be made public, but I assume all of it is shared with "legitimate interest" and correlated with other sources.
