I agree that your approach to it is a healthy one. You aren’t who I’m describing in my post. It seems you’re using it to supplement your real life. Many people here are not. Some are quite literally “dating” their AI. Some have stopped seeking real friendship because AI fulfills their need for conversation.
Just like anything else, using it to supplement your life is good. Using it to replace things that should be in your life is dangerous.
