If you have access, give Github Copilot Agents + Claude 3.7 give a try. It's probably not going to help you much at work because of the proprietary language, but for me it has been super useful and really cool to see how powerful it can be. I think of AI as a tool and it can be a very powerful tool for your toolkit. People that are completely discounting it are just throwing away something that can potentially help them grow. As a side note, I personally think everyone should learn how to write effective prompts, because a common factor I've seen among the nay sayers of AI is that they dont use it correctly.
