Like I said in another comment, bad git habits. I totally should be branching and stashing more, and if this were a professional project it would be no question. But even if I did keep meticulous commits, the time I spent chasing the dragon of feeding errors and misbehaving components into Claude/Gemini is something I won't get back. In all likelihood I'm just going to go back to a regrettably dusty commit and actually read the docs from square one instead of unspaghettifying that code.
