I have AI running on my computer at home, are you (or these protestors) suggesting that the government should somehow force me to stop this?
I am aware the protest is specifically targeted at stopping systems larger than gpt4 from being trained but no mention of whether such systems would be runnable on consumer equipment, and to me this makes a big difference
