My stock post is, dont listen to a man that bet the golden goose on VR, a technology that has failed to go mainstream multiple times.
AI, or more accurately LLMs because it isn't AI, cannot replace programmers, they can make existing skilled programmers more efficient. However, ditching your junior talent pipeline is short-termism.
