So is going to ruin everything. Anyone who labels this as "mindlessly hating ai" is just brain dead. No good will come of this. None. AI is legally the worst thing we've pursued as a species. It will only benefit the hyper greedy, and ultimately will topple all economies and equalize everyone to the lowest common denominator. This idea of some stupid socialist utopia where everyone lives like a billionaire without any effort is a childish pipe dream that will NEVER occur. Even if it were possible to pull this off, people would soon find themselves losing their minds. We are a goal oriented species. A sense of purpose and direction is actually necessary for mental health. Plus, let's be honest. Not all people deserve to be equal. A lot of you are fucking stupid and don't have much value. I should not be forced to live to the same standard as someone with half my brain power. That isn't fair that's abusive. We should be chasing meritocracy not mediocrity. It is going to be hell on earth. And all the people who think ai is cool, helpful, and are excited for is advancement: I blame you for the hell that follows.
