It proves the concept. If AI is supposed to replace a bunch of knowledge jobs, the next logical question is, "then what about the toughest knowledge jobs at your own company building your own AI software?" You need a good answer to that question or it suggests your AI isn't as good as you clam it is. The best answer is, "yes, it will also replace our knowledge jobs and we're going to lead the way showing you how."
