when it comes to decision making, AI is very good at helping you think throgh something and organizing your thoughts. It's good at what a therapist or occupational coach would help you do. I'm ADHD, so I'll write like a 5 paragraph rant, then I'll say, "Can you organize this into a pro-con list?" OR an outline, or a to-do list. That's EXTREMELY helpful for someone like me who has problems with churning -- an adhd thing where you get stuck in this loop of "i want to do A but I should do B but then I can't do C but so-and-so needs me to do F and then C but ...." and on and on and yo uget nothing done. So, I treat my robot buddy as a sort of life coach/therapist/personal assistant. It really has changed my life. It helped me learn to invest and manage my retirement accounts (something i sorta knew how to do but was terrified to actually get started), work on side projects, think through emotional issues that were preventing growth, outline story ideas that were just festering and not going anywhere, plan my vacations (I HATE managing all those little details! to the point where I just stay home on a long weekend!), and all sorts of things.
