Is there evidence that was a lie, has anybody from OpenAI actually come out and say they didn’t receive the 20%? I was under the impression that they probably received the 20% but were asking for more.
Naturally, if you truly are someone who thinks that safety is the #1 priority, then you would want a majority of compute to go to safety research which would be atleast 50%.
