No, the Superintelligence team is for aligning ASI not AGI. OpenAI has made it pretty clear that they define AGI and ASI as 2 different things. AGI is around the level of a median human and able to do more than 50% of economically valuable jobs at-least as good as the average person in those jobs.
ASI is better than all humans at everything.
