The "robot dog" in the image is a Spot the German Bundeswehr purchased, it's *manufactured by American Boston Dynamics*.
They could also have used [this image from the USMC](https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidhambling/2023/11/01/us-marines-test-robot-dog-armed-with-a-rocket-launcher/) where they put a rocket launcher on the back of it, or any number of other configurations as the US military has helped prototype the thing [for at least a decade](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYs0Rq66-U4).
There are even already Chinese knock-off versions of it that [YouTubers](https://youtu.be/0rliFQ0qyAM?), and the [Russian Spetznaz](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bgad3HRb64) have armed with automatic weapons.
