AI is not yet good enough to create a 100 % correct translation. Proz and translator's cafe post almost daily translation jobs. I don't know why you are all so certain that AI can do the work in seconds. It doesn't happen like that. I too work as a translator and have used AI and it makes a lot of silly mistakes. It is not good enough to produce a final translation. It still has to be edited. And most companies don't want to "waste time" going over thousands of words checking if they are translated correctly, so editors too are still needed.
