Talk about moving the goalposts. People come up with more and more ridiculous requirements for intelligence, at this point how can we even consider ourselves intelligent creatures. As long as people can reduce it to its building blocks or the algorithm used to create it, there's going to be someone claiming it's not really smart... Even though we could do the exact same with humans. Our brains are just associations between cells created by a simple algorithm called evolution, nothing special! And definitely not smart.
