> Lifelike/realistic porn fakes of celebs have been thing since photoshop and probably even before that. Back in 1998 when the internet was pretty fresh there were very realistic photoshops of celebrities on a now defunct website BSNude, aka Britney Spears Nude. This is nothing new at all, the only difference is the buzz word "AI" instead of "Photoshop". I have no idea how they are going to fight this in court as the Supreme Court already ruled celebrity fake nudes fall under freedom of speech a long time ago. That is to say, I can draw anyone I want nude as it falls under art and free speech. To argue that a pencil, Wacom tablet, Photoshop program, or AI Generator are somehow different is a stretch as an argument.
