Little story, my friend had also written an essay that was accused of being AI generated. Thing is, he is homeschooled, so he does everything online. Worst part about it, they accused him of using AI because his essay was too good. From what he said, they didn’t use anything to check it, it was just too well written and they thought it was AI generated. The school said that, “Human’s make mistakes” and since he had nearly flawless grammar, they suspected him of using AI. He was forced to go to a certain building and re-write an entirely different essay on the same topic on a piece of paper. Either that or take a zero. It’s really upsetting that these things happen, and really worries me about how much it’s going to affect school in the future.
