1. Get your parents in on this - I assume you're in HS the school leaving your parents out of this kind of disciplinary discussion is scummy bullshit
2. Run the emails from your teacher through GPTzero to show that the tool they're using is not credible proof of plagiarism
3. With your parents included, threaten to involve the school board and/or local news "teachers at ___ are using AI to grade papers and accusing students of plagiarism tonight at 6" sounds like a story that would get eyeballs
