I don't think such things as this will be truly regulated. The technology is just too infinite with potential and once it's out there. It can never be retrieved.
Expect to hear and read about *absolutely disturbing* things related to A.I and pornography in the future. Black Mirror tiers of disturbing things, but more than likely no one will care because we're going to be desensitised to it now...so by then it will be commonplace.
