Yes it would, it'd make it **A LOT** less accessible.
Edit: to clarify, I mean banning on the app stores any apps that explicitly allow someone to make deepfake nudes of people. I'm **not** proposing we ban StableDiffusion or something ridiculous like that.... I think StableDiffusion is awesome. I was able to train it to turn my dog into an astronaut.
