I think AI porn is a really interesting emerging area of the law. ~~Obviously~~ ^Maybe it's illegal to create sexual images of a person under the age of 18 (in the US anyway) even if that person doesn't exist. It's really easy to enforce with stuff like this but what about where a non-existent person depicted might or might not be 18? How do you defend a case if an AI makes an image that a cop decides looks 17? You can't prove that a fake person is old enough to act in porn. EDIT: it's apparently no longer cut and dry if AI porn of minors is illegal after a 2002 ruling invalidating a law against it.
