Raw LLM Responses

I work for a tech company as a remote technician and deal with chat gpt and automation programs daily. It absolutely needs to be reigned in before its out of control, I'm not sure how, but there does need to be some protections otherwise as it gets better, you'll see jobs disappear instantly and universal income does not exist to keep the amount of unemployed people afloat. I've seen route management, automation in fast food, everything going on with the strikes and companies just scanning people to be used in backgrounds without pay, call centers switch to chatbot faqs. It'll absolutely change things and as an older dude that's seen tech come up from AOL days, it'll happen a lot faster than everyone thinks. The big problem is all the jobs it will really affect at first are lower paying jobs and middle management, so people are already struggling and ai will be the final nail for a lot of them. I honestly don't think politicians will do anything, lobbyists will drown them in cash before anything gets close to passing.
