They won't tell anyone it was AI, and claim the whole as their own. It's like the [book cover that was AI generated](https://www.theverge.com/2023/6/9/23752354/ai-spfbo-cover-art-contest-midjourney-clarkesworld) by midjourney. The guy insisted it wasn't, but he didn't hide the tracks very well. Why would they tell anyone the script was written by AI, when by *not* telling anyone, there is *no* penalty, and they get automatic copyright for it? Not that copyright actually matters now, because as soon as a talented writer comes up with a new movie plot, ten thousand *prompt-specialists* can plug that script into a LLM and generate a thousand variants, that evade copyright. Even submitting a script for approval now is pointless, the studio could simply AI it, and tweak it to a new plot and skip the author.
