I’ve had some excellent, wonderful profs at Uni that have genuinely made me into a better person and gave me tools for success outside of school. I’ve also had a few that gave out assignments and assessments ripped from the internet (one google search and you found both the original copy and the answer key), were impossible to communicate with and barely understood the content themselves. Guess which ones lost their shit over AI and which didn’t? I’m not anti-higher education like some Republican, but educators have been a mixed bag for me throughout life.
