Tools with a bad master. These facial recognition programs can help confirm someone who is already a suspect or remove someone who doesn't match the features. Nobody with half a brain would think it's a tool to go on a fishing expedition and find someone whose face looks similar enough to match that of someone else from 8 years prior.
