Microsoft is absolute ass when it comes to this. I was blocked out my account for Xbox live and since I don’t remember my password I can’t get a human to help me. It’s all automated. The account I used which I created for my account is blocked since I couldn’t remember my password. I have to submit information to get it unblocked. Every time I get automatically denied since I don’t have sufficient information. It’s infuriating because I can’t cancel the account and keep getting billed every month. I have to issue chargebacks and my credit card company can’t do anything about it. If I had the means I’d sue them because every time I try to get a human on their site it just refers to FAQ questions and asks “Did this resolve the issue?” A multi billion dollar company…
