It's the same as a person being told to read professional scripts to learn how to write screenplays. Which is exactly what amateur screenwriters are told to do. That's the whole point of machine learning. The Ai is learning through exposure, not plagiarizing any more than a human who taught themselves how to write from reading other people's works. Like legit. Your comment is exactly what I am talking about. Pure ignorance on the entire process. People literally study literary works and screenplays to learn story structure and formatting and more. Then use that knowledge to write their own works. That's not plagerism. If it were, then you should be pissed at every single screenplay writing course sold online and MFA course that uses people's works to teach people. Like I said, I fully support the WGA and totally understand the risk of ai toward future of the career. But people need to get their heads out of their asses in terms of how machine learning works and what plagerism is and how our copyright system works with all of it.
