> It’s almost impossible to see a therapist. My experience is they aren’t accepting patients and it could be for months. That's been my experience. > Or they don’t take my insurance Or they are double dipping health funds and insurance from my experience. It's it's a red flag for me if they say anything like "*to provide a holistic multi-disciplinary multi-specialist treatment.*" It translates to they see you as a gravy train for them and their friends. Treatment from a therapist should be by the therapist, not some other specialist. > If AI can meet the needs and it’s imperfect, who cares? It’s better than an unavailable therapist. There's a lot of really bad therapists out there, which I would argue can do you more harm than good. If AI can provide you with actionable help, act as a vent or help you through a tough time then it's good enough.
