You are going to get the worst plate of food out of the stack.. etc. and the darker your skin is the more likely you will be a victim of bad facial recognition. Unfortunately most of this is still legal in the US, partially because we only have a single party that wants to actually govern and another that wants to block absolutely everything the other does.
