ChatGPT isn’t AI despite what their marketing department would have you believe. It’s a generative ML engine. It uses neural networks to make probabilistic guesses on iterative language processing routines based on large training data and some prescriptive instructions (which can be circumvented and regularly fail yo work because the network is more tangled than a box of spaghetti).
