People get stuck in a rut trying to figure out problems by finding a way to stop them from happening, but that's not always possible, it's a problem without a solution.
Sometimes you have to look at the outcome, and base your solution on the effect of the situation. Like here, you can't stop facial recognition but you can get new facial tattoos every 3 months to throw the system off, or fingerprints don't work if you've done away with all of your fingers.
