Honestly, as someone currently working towards breaking into the industry, I would greatly appreciate more nuanced discussion from experienced devs around the topic as I am genuinely curious. Google searches can be hit or miss sometimes, given the fact that clickbait-y titles or articles that are clearly propaganda to drive salaries down come up pretty often. It's also a bit much to expect more experienced individuals to challenge all the doomsday posts that come up. Maybe a stickied list of sources that cover AI as a topic would help? Things that cover the fundamentals of what AI actually is up to sources that are more technical in nature (like white papers or white paper adjacent sources). Or locked thread where we get some verified members of the sub to speak on how AI is used in ones daily work: the things it can actually do well, the things it's okay at, and the things its not so good at.
