This type of automation is moronic, clearly whoever authorized this doesn't know jack about automating a kitchen. Trying to mimic human arms or other human movements is not the way to go about it. Proper fast food kitchen automation, is about re-designing the kitchen from the ground up and having specialized machines do all the complex bits, not trying to re-program an industrial robot to flip or turn things, many reasons why. (lack of dexterity, job flexibility, cost, complexity of programming, variability) etc.
