Most people in the C-suite are struggling to demonstrate their value as-is. C-level positions emerged from old models that are now antiquated—key word: old. You don’t need AI to replace an unimaginative empty suit who attends meetings all day, gives templated presentations, and regurgitates buzz phrases ala word salad. The future belongs to innovators, creatives, and self-sustainers who can evolve to produce value. Those people will leverage AI in new ways we haven’t imagined yet.
