Eventually everything will be displaced by AI and robotics. Homes are too customized with different builds for it to easily be displaced by AI and robitics immediately. When homes start being built out of an assembly line, sure, it will be easier to automate those jobs.
Basically anything that works within an uncontrolled environment will be among the last things displaced by ai.
